Choose Office->Genius Math Tool.

Note that depending on your system installation this menu item may not be available. If it is not, you can open the Run dialog and executing gnome-genius.

Execute the following command: genius. Note that this will start the command line only version of genius, the graphical environment will not start and some functions such as plotting will not be available. To start the full GNOME version of Genius execute gnome-genius.
