Can't build cvs

Just tried to build cvs, and make fails with

make[3]: *** Ingen regel för att skapa målet "gtkextra-marshal.list",
som behövs till "gtkextra-marshal.h". Stannar.

(In English, no rule to make "gtkextra-marshal.list" needed by
"gtkextra-marshal.h".)

I'm likely just doing something stupid, but I can't figure out quite
what.
